My greatest Strengths are the

effectively, My creative prowess and my ability to Lead.
what do you think about radio broadcasting in Lagos or Nigeria, how can it improve?
Radio Broadcasting in Nigeria has improved over the years but there is
more than enough room for improvement. The broadcast industry still
celebrates mediocrity and alot of people who dont have any business
being there seem to be the ones on the helms of affairs. Lack of proper
research affects the industry and the lack of producing unique brands
rather than imitations is quite sad.
The industry needs to recognize
the sole purpose of its existence which is to sensitize the public,
Inform the public and as well entertain the public. i believe a proper
mix of these will be most ideal. The various broadcast houses need to
train their staff and stop show casing mediocres. they need to produce
natural talents and not "wana-bees".
As a motivational speaker, what do you have to say to the youth to get out of poverty?
The
youth of the Society need to recognize the fact and reality
that they must live for themselves and not rely on a system that doesn't
work until they start to work. Gone are the days when youths will
require to complete formal education before acquiring other relevant day
to day skills such as wood work, fashion, Catering etc. the tides have
changed, the youth need to celebrate the need for skill acquisition
though not despising the four walls of the formal education. The ones
who will survive these seasons are in are those who not only know
about what they do but more importantly know how to do it. The world is a
market place where goods and services are exchanged to obtain financial
freedom, hence the ones who will break out of poverty are those that
have something to bring to the table. my question to those who want to
get out of poverty is...What do you have to offer for exchange of
Financial freedom? What can I buy from you? What do you have that I
need? there is no sentiment or pity party anymore and don't
be deceived because everyone has got something to sell or offer.
what are your advice to upcoming radio presenters
I
will Suggest that up and coming Radio Presenters realise the fact that
the Industry is a very competitive one with a hardknock life required to
break into it. there will be the pressure to want to be like another
but the real deal is to be like yourself. A great Voice is required and
can be worked on as well. Anyone trying to break in must be the one who
never allows information to pass by, they must read and be hungry for
information. a presenter is as good as how much he or she knows. you
cannot be effective if you don't have enough to say. they must love good
music and understand the various genres of music. they must be partially
or extremely sociable. They must be able to produce showreels to present
at various media house that they
had love to work and must be able to portray conviction that they can
deliver and exceed expectation if given a grain of an opportunity.
